Using this website

The information on this site is general information about our services. It isn’t legal, financial or business advice for your situation. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but prices and services can change, and the price that applies to you is the one in your written proposal.

Quotes and proposals

Every job starts with a written proposal setting out the scope, deliverables, timing and fees. Prices on this site are starting prices in AUD. We aren’t registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Nothing is booked until you approve the proposal in writing.

Payment

Payment terms (for example any upfront amount, milestone payments and due dates) are set out in your proposal and invoice. Monthly fees are billed in advance each month. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work until it’s paid.

Ads management and the monthly retainer

For ads management, the fixed start fee covers setting up and launching your campaigns. After that, the monthly retainer is based on the leads we bring in. What counts as a lead, how leads are counted and the rate are agreed in writing before we start. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta or Google and is not part of our fees.

Results

We work carefully and report honestly, but no one can guarantee a set number of leads, sales, rankings or revenue. Results also depend on your offer, budget, market, competitors and the advertising platforms themselves.

The Veltrayo Promise

If a month falls short because of our work, we don’t charge that month’s management or care plan fee. The targets for a “good month” and how the promise applies are set out in your written agreement. It doesn’t cover ad spend, one-off fees, or months affected by things outside our control, such as platform outages, account restrictions, changes you make, or approvals and information we’re waiting on from you.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information and timely feedback and approvals; to make sure anything you give us to use (logos, photos, text, reviews) is yours to use; and to make sure your business, offers and ads follow the law and the platforms’ policies. Ad accounts are set up in your name and you stay in control of them.

Who owns the work

Once you’ve paid in full, you own the final deliverables we make for you, such as your website, copy and ad creative. We keep ownership of our general know-how, tools and reusable code, and give you an ongoing licence to use any of it that forms part of your deliverables. With your permission, we may show the work in our portfolio.

Ending the work

You can cancel a monthly service by telling us in writing before the next billing date. Either of us can end an agreement if the other seriously breaches it and doesn’t fix it within 14 days of written notice. You pay for work done up to the end date. Our refund policy explains refunds.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Where the law allows, our liability for failing to meet a guarantee is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction.
