  1. 01

    Clear strategy

Every piece of work starts with a reason. We agree who it’s for, what it should change and how we’ll know.

  2. 02

    Direct collaboration

You talk to the people doing the work. No account layers and no guessing who to ask.

  3. 03

    Continuous improvement

Launch is the start of learning. We review what’s happening and refine what isn’t pulling its weight.

Services

Make every part work together.

A clear offer, a compelling ad and a useful website should tell the same story. We help connect them, starting with the part your business needs most.

  1. 01

    Brand strategy and positioning

People can’t quickly tell why they should pick you over the next option, so you compete on price or get overlooked.

    The work

    • Customer and competitor review
    • Positioning statement
    • Core message and proof points
    • Offer and naming clarity
    • Voice and messaging guide

    The aim

A clear reason to choose you, said the same way everywhere.

  2. 02

Paid advertising across Meta and Google

Ad spend goes out every month but it’s hard to see which ads bring real enquiries, so budget leaks into clicks that don’t convert.

    The work

    • Account and tracking set-up
    • Audience and keyword planning
    • Campaign build and ad copy
    • Ongoing testing and budget shifts
    • Plain-English performance reviews

    The aim

Spend directed at the people most likely to become customers, with tracking you can see.

  3. 03

    Creative and content direction

Your content is made in a rush, looks different every time and doesn’t give people a reason to stop scrolling.

    The work

    • Creative concepts for ads and social
    • Shot lists and content briefs
    • Visual direction and templates
    • Copy for posts and campaigns
    • Variations for testing

    The aim

Content that looks like one brand and gives people a reason to act.

More on creative: Creative and content direction
  4. 04

Websites, landing pages and conversion optimisation

People visit your site and leave, because it’s slow, unclear or makes them work too hard to get in touch.

    The work

    • Page structure and copy
    • Custom design and build
    • Landing pages for campaigns
    • Enquiry tracking
    • Testing and refinements

    The aim

Fewer visitors lost between “interested” and “in touch”.

The way we think

From attention to action.

A clear offer gets people interested. A considered first impression helps them understand it. An easy next step gives that interest somewhere to go.

  1. Clarifythe offer.

Help people understand what makes your business worth choosing.

  2. Createa stronger first impression.

Bring your message, visuals and website together so they tell the same story.

  3. Makethe next step easy.

Give interested people a clear path to enquire, with the information they need to take it.

Our work

We built our own business first.

Before we offer to grow yours, we built ours. WestRinse is our Perth exterior cleaning business: we made the brand, the website, the ads, the lead system and the software behind it.

WestRinse Exterior Cleaning Our own business

Willetton, Perth WA

From two people who have pressure cleaned since they were 14 to a business with a clear offer, a quote-ready website, owner-led ads and its own software. Every piece below is real and in use.

WestRinse is our own business, not a client. Website screenshots may include representative images rather than completed jobs. Figures are shown only once confirmed.

Illustrative concept

One idea, from ad to enquiry.

A fictional business, used to show how positioning, creative and a landing page carry one idea. It is not client work and there are no results attached.

Paper Moon Courtyards An invented garden design business helping owners of compact Perth courtyards make better use of their outdoor space.

1 · Positioning

Thoughtful garden design for small courtyards and everyday life.

A specific space and a familiar need make the offer easy to recognise. It talks about how people want to use their courtyard, not a vague “transformation”.

2 · Ad

Paper Moon Courtyards Sponsored · concept

A small courtyard. More room to enjoy it.

Morning coffee, a little shade, room for friends. Designed around how you want to use the space.

Everyday moments help people picture what they want. A plan-style drawing makes the service tangible without pretending to show a finished job.

3 · Landing page

Make more of your small courtyard.

Garden design for compact courtyards, shaped around how you want to use the space.

Tell us about your courtyard

The page repeats the ad’s idea in its first line, so visitors know they’re in the right place, then asks for one easy next step.

The positioning chooses the focus. The ad makes it relatable. The page explains the offer and opens the conversation.

More about how we work

Questions

A few things you might be wondering.

Who is Veltrayo a good fit for?

Small and growing businesses that want a clearer offer, more consistent marketing or a better path from interest to enquiry. You might be launching something new or improving what’s already there. The first conversation helps us both see whether the fit is right.

How does working together start?

Tell us about your business and what you’d like to improve. We talk through your priorities and current marketing, then suggest where to begin.

How are scope and pricing agreed?

We put the proposed work, deliverables, responsibilities and fees in writing for you to review before anything starts. Any advertising budget is separate from our fees. If the scope needs to change, we talk about it first.

Can you work with our existing branding?

Yes. We start by reviewing what you have. Sometimes the most useful change is a clearer message or a better page, not a new identity.

Do we need all four services?

No. Many businesses start with one focused piece of work and add more once it’s doing its job. We’ll explain what we recommend and why.

Who owns the ad accounts and the website?

You do. Ad accounts stay in your name and you pay Meta or Google directly for ad spend. Your website and its accounts belong to you too.

How is progress assessed?

We agree measures that suit the work, such as relevant enquiries, purchases or steps people take on a page, then review them with you in plain English. Results also depend on things like your offer, budget and market, and we’ll be upfront about that.

What could your next stage look like?

Tell us what you’re building, what’s holding you back and where you want to go.
